Improvement of the World by self-help in 9 crucial areas of problems by creating a synergy of economics, ecology and psychology

1.    Self-help – by enableing people to improve their situation by their own efforts. The 9 area and will soon be explained by one chart covering each area. They are systemically related, poverty at the core of it.

2.    The analyse of the 9 fields of world-problems shows a common factor: the list of human weaknesses. The remedy: requires continuing education, personal empowerment, personality development, personal values, raising self esteem and confidence; while generating higher confidence in other people at the same time.

3.    But we need more: Poverty and Hunger need more economical growth in most countries – for more material, social and medical welfare. To achieve this we have to increase productivity and jobs – each country has to work for its own prosperity.

Mechanism of action: create ‚atmosphere of departure‘ – spirit of optimism, support investments from outside and inside the country.

4.    For each country with roadblock in area 1 lighthouse-projects are created, which can be started quickly with more or less untrained workers, like projects in building and infrastructure. Where work can be started simultaneously at many locations and people can see instant progress.

5.    The workers of this lighthouse-projects learn and work 4 hours a day respectively. After 1 year they are replaced by new workers. Doing so after 5-10 years about 5 % of the population have participated.

6.    The curriculum offers:

a)    Reading and writing

b)    Calculation

c)    Finances and economics in world of division of labour and providing added value to customers.

d)    Technology based on physics and chemistry

e)    Health, hygiene including nutrition, care of water and plants. Medical care

f)     Communication and conduct including values and moral intelligence

7.    In most cases it will be useful to start  with a central conference with domestic donors.

Either simultaneously or later, future conferences will follow at several cities where everybody interested can participate.

Result: Attention, interest, participation, activity, common goals, optimism, confidence.

8.    Large group methods play an important role in the process of world-improvement. 75 % of the time  is discussion in small groups – from which common ideas and projects show up.
“Future Search” is the most known format of such large groups. It is limited to 80 people, but other formats are available for higher numbers of participants, up to thousands. The Internet offers additional possibilities.

9.    After the initial conferences and parallel to phases 4-6 there will be large group actions from half day up to 5 days with thousands or millions of participants which will lead to new start-ups (about 1 % of the population) – creating jobs and increasing gross domestic product.

10.  All these activities and projects are organized and coordinated by new Foundations within the countries under a world umbrella foundation; including the learning- and large group events.

The financial means come from rich people and other donors, who want to give back the opportunities of their lifes to society.

An improved world serves everybody: Welfare, peace and freedom.

At the head of the Foundation there will be people of the highest standards in honesty and ethical conduct.

 

This are the most important items of a brand new strategy of world improvement with quick impact, because from the very beginning people are involved in great number and are integrated with their conduct and their thinking.

Weltverbesserung mit Selbsthilfe in 9 Problemfeldern mittels Synergie von Ökonomie, Ökologie, Psychologie

1. Selbsthilfe bedeutet, dass Menschen in die Lage versetzt werden, aus eigener Kraft ihre Situation zu verbessern. Die 9 in der Grafik genannten Felder werden demnächst noch mehr erklärt durch ein Schaubild pro Feld. Sie sind systemisch miteinander verbunden, Armut in der Mitte.

2.Die Analyse der 9 Welt-Probleme zeigt, dass dort ein gemeinsamer Nenner der Ursachen vorliegt: Faktor Mensch mit seinen Schwächen. Abhilfe: erfordert Bildungsanstrengungen und mehr persönliches Empowerment bis zu Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, persönlichen Werten und mehr Selbstvertrauen und Selbstwert.  Was zugleich auch mehr Vertrauen in andere Menschen mit sich bringt.

3.Aber wir benötigen mehr: Armut und Hunger erfordern Wirtschaftswachstum in den meisten Ländern – für mehr materiellen. sozialen und gesundheitlichen Wohlstand. Dafür werden Fortschritte in Produktivität und mehr Arbeitsplätze benötigt – jedes Land muss seinen Wohlstand selbst erarbeiten. Wirkmechanismus: Aufbruchstimmung schaffen, Direktinvestitionen im eigenen Land und aus dem Ausland schaffen.

4.Für jedes Land mit Feld 1 Engpass werden Leuchtturmprojekte benannt, die schnell begonnen werden können, wenig geschultes dafür aber viel ungeschultes Personal erfolgen, z.B. bei Infrastruktur und Bauprojekten. Wo an vielen Stellen zugleich mit den Arbeiten begonnen werden und die Menschen schnelle Fortschritte sehen.

5.Die Beschäftigten dieser Leuchtturmprojekte lernen und arbeiten nur je 4 Stunden. Nach 1 Jahre werden die meisten Beschäftigten durch neue Arbeitskräfte ersetzt. So dass nach 5-10 Jahren ca. 5 % der Bevölkerung mitgemacht haben.

6.Lernfächer sind dabei:
a)    Lesen und Schreiben

b)    Rechnen

c)    Finanzen-Wirtschaft in einer arbeitsteiligen Welt und Nutzen bieten für den Kunden.

d)    Technik mit Basis in Physik und Chemie

e)    Gesundheit  und Hygiene inkl. Ernährung, Umgang mit Wasser und Pflanzen. Medizinische Versorgung

f)     Kommunikation und Verhalten inkl. Werte und Moralische Intelligenz.

7.Meist wird es sinnvoll sein, mit einer zentralen Konferenz mit potenziellen Geldgebern aus dem jeweiligen Land zu beginnen.
Gleichzeitig oder danach werden in verschiedenen Städten noch mehrsolche Zukunftskonferenzen abgehalten, wo sich alle Interessenten beteiligen können.

Resultat. Aufmerksamkeit, Interesse, Beteiligung, Aktivität, gemeinsame Ziele, Optimismus und Vertrauen.

8.Eine große Rolle im ganzen Weltverbesserungsprozess spielen Großgruppenveranstaltungen, wo 75 % der Zeit in Kleingruppen diskutiert wird, es sich jedoch gemeinsame Themen und Projekte ergeben. Eine Form davon ist die international und interkulturell sehr bekannte Zukunftskonferenz. Sie ist limitiert auf 80 Personen, für höhere Teilnehmerzahlen bis in die tausende andere Formate stehen zur Verfügung. Das Internet bietet hierfür auch noch Ergänzungen an.

9.Nach diesen initialen Konferenzen und parallel zu den Phasen 4 – 6 finden über längere Zeit  Großgruppenaktionen von 0,5 bis Tagen mit Millionen Teilnehmern die in vielleicht 1 % der Bevölkerung neuen Start-ups münden, was Arbeitsplätze und Sozialprodukt schafft.

10.Dies wird alles durch neu zu schaffende länderweise Stiftungen mit zentraler weltweiter Dachstiftung organisiert und koordiniert. Die Lernaktivitäten und Großgruppenaktivitäten sowieso.
Die finanziellen Mittel kommen von Reichen und sonstigen Spenden, die der Gesellschaft etwas von den Möglichkeiten ihres Lebens zurückgeben wollen. Eine verbesserte Welt nützt allen: Wohlstand, Frieden und Freiheit.

An der Spitze der Stiftung stehen moralisch einwandfreie bekannte Menschen.

 

Das sind die wichtigsten Punkte einer ganz neuen Strategie zur Weltverbesserung mit schneller Umsetzung, weil die Menschen gleich von Anfang in großer Zahl mit eingebunden und mitwirken in ihrem Verhalten sowie mit ihrem Denken.
